Pros
Some flex time, stability, average benefits. I️ honestly don’t have much else so I’m filling up this space with words.
Cons
No work from home, starts as contractor, low pay, poor corporate culture. Middle management is excessive and useless. Average workers are paid well under industry averages. Company only cares about bottom line. Doesn’t use money to invest back into its workers but rather acquire more companies it doesn’t need. Lifers clog the system and there’s no advancement. Complete old boys club. No diversity. Old white men at top. Do not work here past three years.
