- Top down decision can feel like engineers are after-thought and not involved in decision making or don't have a voice - Politics can play a role, although not so much that it's unbearable - Things change fast - Long hours, but you are excited to do them? Although, manager try to discourage this. But things move so fast, that it can feel like falling behind and you have to compensate
