AlphaSights is an excellent place to gain client service, people management, sales, communication, and account management/strategy skills. There is a very clear path to growth/ promotion. AlphaSights also offers $70k of MBA tuition to employees that attend top schools, i.e. M7 Schools + Tuck, Darden and a handful of international schools. There is no requirement to return post-MBA! AlphaSights has a youthful, fun and energetic culture. Employees are smart, hardworking, quick, adaptable and have strong critical thinking and good communication skills. I highly recommend working here!
