Pros

Good exposure to the business world

Cons

Please please do not work here, they will break you mentally and physically. Don’t be scammed by the pay or the benefits, they are not worth it and nothing special. They use unethical practices and do not care about employee wellbeing. You have no work life balance as you’re always expected to be on your emails after and before work to hit target which is difficult to reach, most people work 12 hour days to reach this. There is a brutal culture where if you’re not good enough or if the manager doesn’t like you they can easily get rid of you. I started looking for another job 1 month in, and finally escaped after a few months. THIS JOB IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS.

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.

Pros

The team culture here is what keeps me around. People genuinely want to help each other do well, and it feels collaborative in a way that's hard to find elsewhere. What I've appreciated most is how much autonomy you get over your own career. I've been able to take on responsibility early, learn a ton, and grow quickly without anyone holding me back.

Cons

It's fast-paced and the bar is high. You've got to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. But honestly, if you like being challenged and want to develop fast, it's a great place to do that.
