Every con listed on these reviews are accurate and resonates for pretty much EVERYONE that’s worked here (regardless of team/business unit) but here are some more for emphasis — - atrocious hours for the pay, people will slack you at 9pm asking for something (you will never get a “break” from this job, even on the weekends) - severe burn out (management knows this and does nothing about it) - if you’re not already on antidepressants you’re about to be if you take this job (due to how mindless and repetitive the work is) - highly exploitative of naive young grads - recently docked the performance pay due to the recession so total salary isn’t what it used to be (even when CoL in nyc is at record highs) - inexperienced and ineffective managers that check in with you 3-4x a day (all comes down to a lack of trust from managers) - terrible exit opportunities (this job only really translates into a sales role, unless you’re really able to spin it into a consulting gig but most people know we’re not consulting)
