Tiring, repetitive job. If your response time to a client is over 10 mins, you get in trouble. You're expected to be slack responsive from 8-6:30 (and in office 4 days per week) so you really get no breaks the entire day. Management is (to put it simply) terrible. I used to think I had a bad apple manager, but after talking with folks across the org it seems like there's a systemic problem with managers exhibiting borderline bullying behavior. It may have to do with the fact that they're all 25 and are compensated based off of the way their associates perform, but either way there should be no excuse. Retention rate is absolutely abysmal, with very few smart, qualified people staying to the two year mark.
