Like many professional or client service roles this is a high performance environment and the longer hours are not ideal, but it’s often what it takes to be successful. With reference to your point on high stress, we give our employees responsibility and autonomy from day one. This can feel like a lot of pressure at times but when employees are promoted or move on from AlphaSights, they have immense experience and knowledge under their belt.
