Pros

* Start up feel (relaxed and fun atmosphere, non bureaucratic/corporate/stuffy) * Great learning opportunity (as soon as you develop one skill set, you start being involved in another) * Real impact on business and lots of responsibilities (within few months out of college, Analysts can develop their own client relationships, begin interviewing candidates for jobs, and soon after that begin learning coaching/mentoring and then management skills). * Clear room for career growth * Fun group of co workers with big emphasis on social aspect (work team sports, lots of outings, etc). * Senior Management is always accessible and cares about employees (CEO/MD take time to personally interview all new hires) * Ability to take on additional projects you are passionate about

Cons

* Always too much to do: employees are always on, always busy, always engaged - this job is NOT one you just show up too, put in face time, and leave your work at the office (also a pro - you will never be bored, because there will always be a million things to do and not enough time to do them in). This company is only a good fit for organized people who like to stay busy (even then it can be tiring - thank god theres a good vacation package so you can recharge!) * 8 a.m. start time is tough to adjust to if you are not a morning person.

Pros

All around really great people culture, for the most part everyone is super driven and willing to help You definitley do earn early responsibility especially if you show early aptitude It's fun getting to own client relationship at a young age

Cons

Work and day can be tedious and feel repetitive, you must like talking to people all day, every day The hurdle performance tracking can be stressful for younger Associates Increasingly tighter competition as clients seek to find cheaper alternatives Exit opportunities can feel limited to account management/customer success work
