Pros

- Lots of opportunity to progress quickly in your career in terms of responsibility and experience, both with clients and team management. - Amazing people. The senior team spends lots of time interviewing and curating the right team made up of humble, driven, and positive individuals. - Even as the company has scaled, there isn't alot of red tape and I've seen plenty of people take on challenges beyond their core role that they are passionate about. Access to leadership is still high, very approachable senior team. - Skill development across 'soft skills' is amazing. I feel much farther along than my peers in my ability to communicate, stay organized, provide quality results top-tier clients, and be a member of a high functioning team. - AlphaSights is growing very quickly and still managing to keep the values that got us there!

Cons

- New office has made it difficult to easily form relationships outside of your team as we're spread across 3 floors

Thanks for your feedback. It's great to hear about your positive experience and constructive feedback. We've heard the feedback about the cross-floor connections in recent months (including in the sentiment survey results!). It's important that we maintain our strong culture as we rapidly grow, so the communications, office experience, and other teams are working on some exciting events and programs that will create more cross-floor socializing and collaboration. Stay tuned!

Pros

All around really great people culture, for the most part everyone is super driven and willing to help You definitley do earn early responsibility especially if you show early aptitude It's fun getting to own client relationship at a young age

Cons

Work and day can be tedious and feel repetitive, you must like talking to people all day, every day The hurdle performance tracking can be stressful for younger Associates Increasingly tighter competition as clients seek to find cheaper alternatives Exit opportunities can feel limited to account management/customer success work
