OK place to work, but beware outdated tech stack/tools - Software Engineer Align Technology Employee Review

Software engineering at Align, depending on the team, is pretty ancient and some of the tools and technologies used are very outdated (Java 8 and Swing!). You could be going backward in your career growth as a SWE if you end up on one of these teams. Also, company culture is very minimal - no team-building or social groups/activities - though there are occasional happy hours and snack events.
