Cons
Slow pathway for position/salary progression. Recruitment/Internship programmes require a prior investment to be done by candidates (~10k€). Even though a monthly aid is provided mainly compensating that investment, an economic filter for getting talent onboard is still applied. Slow company still process oriented in some aspects although lately improving on that. Still some fragmentation among departments/countries whose boundaries should be less difficult to go through in the daily job, but again continuously improving the situation. Slow and difficult innovation pathways (improvement in progress).
