Given the low level of experience prior to the internship, the amount of responsibility was steadily increased over the course of the year, with freedom to work on a variety of interesting in the R&T department.
Cons
Low pay, which makes living difficult given the expense of living in Bristol. No real connection between the internship and the graduate scheme, there isn't an incentive to come back.
