Pros

Decent pay, good health insurance, nice computer equipment. Beautiful building and atmosphere. Great office manager. Hour break and 2 15 minutes. Couches for naps.

Cons

First you have to pay monthly to park at the mall across the street. The hours are long and employees are expected to work weekends and all holidays. Management is very poor - when you’re in training they tell you to take your time and that your stats don’t matter but that is a LIE. Everything counts from the moment you leave training (which is all over the place) and hit the floor. Most customers can barely speak English and the headsets are garbage. Immature, high school minded coworkers who gossip and talk trash about anyone. It’s almost completely impossible to stay under the radar and have people leave you alone. So many nosy, older ladies that need to mind their business and not anyone else’s. People hang out outside of work but honestly, I’ll pass. If they hire again, apply at your own risk. The first red flag is that they barely interview you before giving you an offer.
