-Good equipment to work (laptop, monitor,training) -Hybrid working (comes to office 1 week , 7 week WFH) -Great office facilities (food, snacks , coffee machine , massage chair , sleeping pods , cinema room , game room ) -Great with office events and yearly company festival -Average yearly bonus and increment
Cons
-Bonus are decreasing -Becoming more BPO-like company -Lost of human touch -Promote "intern/secondment" rather than confirmed positions -less and less promotions for career opportunity especially for branch offices
