Pros
Nice office, good food, friendly coworkers. opportunities to fly to Amsterdam often. Flexibility if willing to do lots of early morning calls, as afternoons are typically more free. Company is very stable and good business outlook
Cons
high expectations, outside of commercial the teams run very lean. Lots of politics described as "network building". Career opportunities are there if based in Amsterdam. In US not so much. 3 year vesting cliff for shares is ridiculous
