awful software stack, outdated and legacy in every possible way, leads are arrogant and not senior at all. I joined them as a senior java developer and was shocked. It looked like a joke. These guys are stuck in 10 12 years ago in terms of ways of working. They even did not have Merge Request concept. They do not use any framework and their way of doing things and deployments belongs to history. Their whole platform is super inefficient. Basically their top old developers are super obsolete and do not allow any changes which push them out of their old legacy comfort zone.
