Clueless company with nothing much to learn - Anonymous employee Adyen Employee Review

Nothing to learn, with bad work culture. Things move very very slowly. Managers have no idea on how to support their team and pretty much no support from Amsterdam teams. Pay is subpar. They will ask you to go give a good review on glassdoor, which is absurd. All positives reviews are from HR and the employee branding team.
