Pros
Adecco offers a great on boarding training program and (depending on the area) also provides continued training throughout your employment. There is some room for growth, depending on the type of recruitment you are interested in doing. Light Industrial is their bread and butter so you will have a lot of opportunities if that is the line of work you are in.
Cons
Upper management usually is in it for themselves; they generally don't go out of their way to help you rise through the ranks. Also, the work is incredibly demanding... be prepared to work a minimum of 12 hours a day for your first few years if you want to get promoted. The work/life balance is minimal. They require a lot of you and you aren't paid what you should be. In fact, they pay at least $10k less than what the salary guides they give to clients states.
