      Pros

      They immediately found me a temp.job that fit my qualifications and where I could grow. Within one year I was hired on as a full time employee. This is one of the greatest jobs I've had the pleasure of being able to have on my resume

      Easy interview process, fair pay, good remote work

      contract was short term, which was okay for me but might not be what everyone wants

      Flexible work options and good collaboration amongst team members

      The commission plans are constantly changing, making it harder and harder to earn commission.
