Pros
I worked with a lot of great people. We had a team of great recruiters. My direct boss was okay. However, her boss and the higher ups did not genuinely care about their employees.
Cons
Started as a temp to hire position. I was one of the top performers on the team and even met with several executives high up in the company to show them the ins and outs of our division. However, I was not converted to a permanent employee which meant no benefits, PTO or any good perks that came along with it.
