Pros
Adecco has been a wonderful company to work for so far. They try to ensure that not only the employees have job satisfaction but also the associates (temps). The fact that Adecco is a global company is sometimes lost, because they have it segmented so well that you feel like you're a apart of a small team that supports everything you do, rather than a huge cooperate conglomerate . I have worked for many organizations throughout my career and I will say that Adecco ranks among the top. They make sure I have all of the tools and training I need to be successful in my role. I am happy to come to work everyday for a company that helps me develop personally and professionally.
Cons
Sometimes processes can be lengthy when you might need a quick answer. Usually it is because there are multiple departments that are involved.
