Pros
Couple of good practices followed as a part of Adecco global like community give back program. You may be given a lot of responsibility and opportunity to take on tasks only senior management would be responsible for in other firms. Will have the opportunity to understand the business in detail.
Cons
Top management often take unprofessional decisions not in line with what they preach. Very often felt HR is for Payroll processing & nothing else. Even if any suggestions are made they remain as suggestions with senior mgmt. Non allocation of required resource put everyone under pressure. Performance appraisals are hopeless. No job security
