      Pros

      AXA genuinely cares about its people. When people say they stay in a job because of the people, nothing could be more true about AXA, this company has some amazing people in it. There is an authentic culture where I have always felt comfortable to be open and honest and never felt like I had to be anything other than my self.

      Cons

      It is a global corporate company so with that comes a complex architecture but probably no different to other large organisations.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
