Pros

Benefits which you can get it from any big companies.

Cons

Very poor pay Very intense working hours, so no room for upward movement, training Career development is limited due to the high volume of work Very high turn over No pay review ( apart from a VERY small percentage of yearly increase ) when you hit your end of year targets. Very demoralising The environment can be very stressful due to constant push to get things done. No pay for overtime and no job family apart from Customer Service Too much politics - Hard work is not appreciated.

Pros

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
