      Great support to my studies career devolopment, so no need to keep swapping companies Salary is above average for industry Work is tailored to my strengths

      AXA expect a lot from the graduates, if you don't put in the work you will not progress Often assigned to a project that is tim critical and expected to be an expert

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
