Expect to work long hours, definitely understaffed. New CEO is not in touch with employees at all. He is a micromanager and doesn't listen at all. If you want to know how NOT to run a company, look at him. Senior management, for the most part, will not stand up to what is right if you disagree with the CEO. He has no self awareness.
