HR does not help with questions, they have a lot error on payment Top roles aren't clearly defined with nosy managers trying to influence outcomes that are not their responsibility. All of senior management could use a business leadership 101 refresher course. Company layoff 40 people that been working for 8 or more years to transfer position to office in Chicago and hire and train new people earning the same money than the one they just fire. They are transfer position to India and layoff people in the US
