      flexible, high commission, quarterly bonus of 20-60% of commission. incentives trips. promotion to managers as fast as 1.5 years.

      Cons

      does not pay basic yet expect you to be in office all the time. not easy to meet target. sometimes manager can set unrealistic targets.
