      Pros

      Great place to learn and develop. Lots of vacation days for Turkey.

      Cons

      After 2 years learning stops. The management is terrible. Top management has no vision, they only care about money. Headquarters doesn't care about branches. You get worst assignments, mostly unrelated with your skills.

      New opportunities every day and never boring. Able to lead yourself and make decisions for your accounts.

      Cons

      Politics (as normal) with global companies. Market slow downs effect the company greatly
