Pros
It's a really great company in terms of employees. The people here are very nice and friendly. And that's priceless.
Cons
But there are no bonuses. No salary shifts (except for a 2% raise at the moment). 13 salary - only on paper. None of this can be expected as the main profit is generated in the company in Germany. Which is the main argument of the management that AVL Hranice has no profit.
