Generally friendly people, chill environment, sort of stable, good reputation in the industry. Flexible work hours and location when work allows. Chances to witness or even take part in cool projects.
Cons
Some upper management dodge their responsibility, lack accountability and regard people as tools. If you are under the wrong manager, your life would be difficult. No encouragement of diversity and inclusivity. Your individual development is not truly considered and valued. Salary is not competitive.
