Pros
A current college student who has worked in almost every store in the city and surrounding. Schedule has always been easy to change based on school and other outside responsibilities (given at least two weeks ahead of time).
Cons
If you aren't ready for a physically inclined job, then this job isn't for you. A lot of new hires see the 16.50 starting pay and assume they can sit at the register all day. Those people don't stay the week.
