Actually extremely LOW PAY for all that you do. - Cashier ALDI Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits (health, dental, vision, & life) for low price.

Cons

Sure you're getting paid more per hour than any other cashier job out there - that's why people flock to get this job. However, you're not JUST a cashier. You're a stocker, an industrial cleaner, and a circus performer (You must CLIMB the shelves in the cooler to get to the top!) The hours SUCK. Let's say, for example 2-10pm Monday, then 6-2pm Tuesday. I could work one shift 7 days a week without a problem, but they WILL NOT DO THAT. It's like they want you to be exhausted and miserable at work as well as when you're off. Full time means 30-35 hours a week. Since your hours are so jacked up, you can't get a part time job. Part time means 20-25 hours and you call the days/hours, but no benefits. They give more pull to part timers. Nice. :/

Pros

I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

Cons
