Pros
Great pay and benefits. My team members were very informative and engaging during training. I never felt stupid for asking what may have been a simple question.
Cons
An obsession on efficiency which can take away from the ability to provide great customer service. The shifts are ran extremely lean at about 3-5 associates per. If you have 1 call out on the wrong day, it can destroy a week of freight. Once you start getting behind it just compounds.
