      It is a company where the culture is great, management does help employees and you feel valued there. The people are amazing and they will always help you.

      Cons

      It is a hospitality role, so the shifts can change from week to week, late shifts one week, opening the next... but other than that is good.

      Meet other therapists. Spa work like scrubs in such

      Very very dirty space. They keep everything dark to hide it. When you ask for upgrades they just shrug their shoulders. Also if you speak up for yourself they just add you to the list of *complains a lot*… overworked with little advance on dramatic changes to schedule. Very disappointing considering you do make good money but my sanity is worth more I promise.
