      You get to enjoy the pools every once in a while. Is a nice concept but that's it.

      Cons

      Upper Management will set you up for failure, then will stab you in the back blaming you for their poor organizational skills.

      Meet other therapists. Spa work like scrubs in such

      Very very dirty space. They keep everything dark to hide it. When you ask for upgrades they just shrug their shoulders. Also if you speak up for yourself they just add you to the list of *complains a lot*… overworked with little advance on dramatic changes to schedule. Very disappointing considering you do make good money but my sanity is worth more I promise.
