Pros
Plenty of graduate roles to move horizontally if you feel like a change in work type. Lots of other graduates to socialize with. Many friendly people to work with.
Cons
Technical roles available are limited. The ones that are available are good for a time, but the opportunity to learn new technologies there has a marginal utility and begins to show after the second year mark in my experience.
