Pros

For my local area, the pay and compensation was reasonable. The (paid) training was wonderful and the company pays for all licensing and certifications. The majority of the staff was wonderful and professional.

Cons

The CCS and Managers tend to promote only friends without regard to experience, professionalism or abilities.... typical office politics. Very stressful environment in which customers verbally abuse the rep for 8+ hours a day.

Pros

The 401(k) matching contribution is excellent.

Cons

Commuting to New York City four days per week. The schedule does not allow for remote work.
