Pros

Having a job is better than unemployment

Don't believe any of the good reviews about ADP Atlanta. They are all written by upper management but made to sound like they are actual employees. Trust is non-existant. I wouldn't trust any member of upper management as far as I could throw them. Turnover in the Atlanta office was the worst I have seen in any company I have worked for. 10 to 20 new employees a month to offset the number of employees who quit on a monthly basis. ADP Atlanta is a toxic environment with no hope of promotion, raise or bonus. Complaints fall on deaf ears and HR is in managements hip pocket, they wont lift a finger.
