Great work environment the people you work with literally become family for you!!
Cons
This company makes their employees work like slaves you literally work in the cotton picking field. You get scolded at for going on your breaks late yet they expect you to not make their customers wait on hold for long or in line for long. Their matrix are ridiculous they do surveys to the customers who call and if the customer isn't happy with the company then they give you a bad survey mark which is stupid and unfair because the customer could be so satisfied with you the agent but not like the company
