Really nice place and learnt a lot

Pros

Teams were collaborative and chance to touch/build many different products. Given a lot of autonomy to build own tools. Talented engineers around the company. Work benefits were good too.

Cons

Tech management scope began to creep, causing software engineers to take on support/maintenance roles rather than building software. Quite a few people left as a result. Office space unfortunately felt more like a bank than a typical modern engineering environment.

Too much politics and too little appreciation for hard work

Every day typical work had good pto days and some wat flexibility

Cons

No career growth or path too much politics in management. Managers and directors dont really have a understanding on the operational work no appreciation incentive for additional work beyond scope of role
