Pros

paid overtime good for someone with no experience or drive casual work environment most of the company telecommute except certian departments. Nealy 97% of the company telecommutes on a regular basis

Cons

same work over and over--very boring factory style hires mainly contractors-people are rarely hired full time toxic environment company is very small typical favortism

market leading brand fair compensation to new employees nice office space, convenient commute company promotes volunteer activities

poor investment in technology poor communication from upper management silos of organization prevent effective cooperation between buisness units promotion/pay increase opportunities very limited
