Pros

- The type of work makes a difference in peoples lives and the products are all workclass - The work is interesting - There is a big focus on content development, multiple platforms, being a driver in the digital age and not being a traditional publishing house - Multinational means colleagues all over the world and a huge community to connect

Cons

- Given the big focus on forging a strong future, there is always a lot to do - You can find yourself working odd ours connecting with colleagues all over the world but it can be a con or a pro
