Pros

The biggest perks of working here is the flexibility in schedule. My colleagues were also wonderful and intelligent people.

Cons

The location is horrible. The pay leaves much to be desired. There is little-to-no growth opportunity. The health benefits (while similar to what others offer) is not great.

Pros

You can definitely make an impact in the finance community. There are lots of areas for improvement and senior management is open to people taking on those challenges.

Cons

Finance people are generally overworked. The root cause is largely the CFO, so the more you advance the closer you get to the fire drills.
