Pros

Well, you only have to be somewhat smart to progress quickly since the people around you are not challenging you but too focused on playing their own games. The lack of strategy also helps you push any projects through that you want to work on. Aside from that... - benefits - decent salary

Cons

- confused, incompetent, and untrustworthy management - very political - lack of ambition all around - very slow moving organization - horrible colleagues

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits, fantastic atmosphere, potential for growth within the company, encourages new ideas, diversity extremely prevalent and welcome, wonderful hours and balance between life and work

Cons

With so many possibilities, finding the direction to go in is probably the worst part of this job as someone at an entry level position.
