Very large, dominant company in its industry. Solid company, with smart, dedicated people. Strong infrastructure, with good support, systems, and processes. Global company with many divisions, geographies and careere options for associates.

Cons

Benefits getting weaker and more expensive each year. Tough industry which is in a digital transformation, so you must be a person who is flexible and can accept, embrace and help lead change.
