Pros

Worklife balance is taken seriously. Many remote work possibilities given the global team. Continue to refine their offerings and value technology.

Cons

Much of the workforce is shifting to Europe even thought the majority of the customers are in the US.

Pros

Good benefits, wfh, worth getting a job here just for the work life balance Flexible hours Direct management are very good in my experience

Cons

Poor pay rises, not even meeting inflation, not worth staying in the same role for long. Very very poor training and stressful role transitions. Using AI which is bad for the environment.
