Mental health not as much of a priority as it seems

Pros

A really wonderful place to work in general with lots of development opportunities and great colleagues. Truly exciting day to day work.

Cons

Mental health does not seem to be as important as made out to be; taking time off for stress was completely ignored and not addressed in any way. At this rate the issues will simply continue until I am forced out which is not the company culture I was fortunate to work with in other teams. The psychological safety aspect is preached but not upheld by managers: I’ve also had some truly ridiculous, spiteful and downright bullying things said to me so far and there seems little resource to get this sorted internally
