Pros

The coworkers I have are humble and are willing/looking to help with your issues when you are stuck. Often times they are looking to move to better and greater technologies so you are able to learn new tech while really choosing which way you want to move in your career versus having to be stuck using specific technologies you may not know how to use. They seem to be looking to move employees along in their journey in terms of promotion and that's comforting being that's a regular conversation between my manager and myself.

Cons

Being remote and the fact that this is an international company, sometimes you may get lonely and responses might be delayed depending on what team you're specifically working for. However, if you are an independent worker in the case of that happening to you, you are fine.
