Pros

Started out as a good experience, well planned onboarding conducted from Onsite, nice project introduction by Product Management and Owners.

Cons

Management can target and often set unrealistic expectations. As a lead, burdened with multiple project deliverables with zero guidance.Even feedbacks from management is not taken seriously, and pretty politics at large.Bias against employees based in India.

Pros

Some products are really interesting, with motivating customers doing research in life science/chemistry/etc Good opportunities to learn Good life/work balance

Cons

Really complicated matrix structure which makes aligment of teams/projects really complicated and make decision making not really transparent (lots of politics involved) Not all teams have interesting work and some projects have outdated technologies Because of the complex structure, to make sure all stakeholders are informed, it is easy to spend a lot of time in meetings (that doesn't leave a lot of time to execute)
